She creates a safe, held space where individuals can release, explore, and reconnect — moving back towards themselves, wild, free, and whole.
FIND YOUR ROAR — Group Workshop
Duration: 90–120 minutes
There is a wild, instinctual intelligence within us — one that knows how to move, feel, and express without hesitation. Yet, in the layers of conditioning and control, we often forget how to trust our bodies and our raw, untamed truth.
What unfolds here is a powerful, safe container for your emotions to move through you — in laughter, tears, sounds, tremors, and stillness. You’ll learn to tune into your inner rhythm, so that when your body calls, you can listen — shifting from a state of doing to a state of being.
Expect to shake, laugh, roar, breathe, and feel — deeply.

1:1 Session
Duration: 60–120 minutes
1:1 touch in several areas of the body combined with breathwork to release the fascia — helping release emotions and stored trauma in the body, while also connecting you to your emotional world and physical body.
